I remember Mr. Rice and his wife from the breakfast club at St. Rita's Church. They served on my parent's, the Pascuzzi's team once a month serving breakfast to mostly happy parishoners. I remember Mr. Rice in particular because he was industrious and he was polite to everyone even when a parishoner complained about how their eggs were cooked. He would quietly take the plate back and get it right..
I know he will be missed and I know he is in heaven serving the Lord as he did on earth. Laurie W.
