As a child trick or treating in the best neighborhood ever, you always saved the garage for your last stop. Here I am in my 50th year and it is one of my favorite memories hanging out with Doris and Arlene.
Sending prayers to the family.

My grandma as the most important, beautiful woman in my life next to my daughter and my mother. She gave me the guidance and wisdom to always be myself. She would remind me that people may not like me or think I'm weird, but I should continue to be my unique self. She instilled so much in all of us and her door was always open for a cup of tea, wine or some chocolate and a chat! I am going to miss her more than words can say.

What a special lady, and a life so well lived. We lived next door from 1988-2001, but sadly did not stop back often enough. So many great conversations that started as chance meetings. She was definitely an inspiration.

Tonight I whipped up a quick batch of brownies to take to a party, in honor of my grandmother. She was that kind of neighbor, friend, family member - who if you did something to help her out, or there was a card game, or a family get-together, Gram would make a pan of brownies to share. Missing her so much... She was such an inspiration to many.

Moving away from Webster twenty five years ago was a tough decision to make knowing I was leaving family behind and wouldn't see as much of them any more. When my family and I returned every year to visit, she always had time to visit with us - always with a smile, upbeat and found the good in everything. She loved a glass of wine or two during her visit which usually turned into a small party. She will surely be missed.
