The Matte & The Swart families posted a condolence
Saturday, June 4, 2022
Thank you for sharing the photos and the obituary reflected Don's character and sweet nature so well. This little quote also reminded us of both Don & Ginny:
“Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same” ― Flavia Weedn
They both left imprints in the lives those they met and we are among those who are grateful to God for allowing our paths to cross. This isn't "good-bye," but rather "till we meet again..." around our LORD"S throne and begin to enjoy the adventures of the eternal future HE has prepared because of Christ!
Don was passionate about encouraging others to discover God's love, personally in their own lives; may the Holy Spirit bring those words to remembrance and cause hearts to draw nearer to HIM.
May God continue to comfort you, Amy & Tony, Lori, Chic & Linda, your children and their families in the days ahead; and may HE answer their prayers for each of you.
Love, Paul, Lorraine & Grace Matte, Patricia (Matte) & Ed Swart

Our sincere condolences to you, Amy and Lori on the heavenly Homegoing of your father. Don was a special man - always kind, gentle, and thoughtful. He and Ginny were so good together and we shared trips to USANA conventions in Salt Lake City and they always were enthusiastic and health minded, besides fun loving. Thank you for sharing your photos. May God comfort you at this time. Marcia and David Ramsland, Christy, Lisa, and Mark, too.
