Doreen and family, I am so, so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I have such fond memories of Dave as we worked together to present the annual (almost) Ontario community Christmas cantatas. Dave and I would work together to make the musical selection as well as work through the various logistics. Our first cantata that our churches performed together was at his urging and it was actually an Easter cantata. We all enjoyed it so much that we decided to continue those annual gatherings (although we switched to Christmas!) - and have enjoyed many since that time. I am forever grateful to Dave for reaching out to me at Immanuel UCC and starting that wonderful tradition. Our last cantata together was December 2019 - just before the pandemic. But, I am looking forward to the time when we will again be able to gather together and sing! And, Dave will be among us for sure! His love of music and his love of God just poured out of him. He is with his savior now and singing with the angels. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during these most difficult days.
