Webster: Saturday, September 26, 2020, age 82. Predeceased by his wife, Virginia Stritzel Kemp. He leaves his children, Mary Beth (John) Adler, Laurence (Wendy), Brian (Erin) and Jeremy (Amy) Kemp; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill (Judy), Richard (Patty) and Thomas (Joanne) Kemp; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for James will be postponed to a later date to be announced.
