How I remember her best... always tinkering in the garden, and the barn, helping her carry bowls of milk and bread to the barn kitties. Helping her snap the beans and peel the walnuts (stained hands forever). Lest we forget “pic a lid” Halloween treats... always popcorn ball, or an apple or walnuts. Even as an adult I couldn’t help but stop by on Halloween with my kids..
She was the neighbor gem and will be missed.
