Obituary of Joan Pinkney

Webster:  Tuesday, April 28, 2020. Age 93.  Predeceased by her husband Gerald “Jerry”; son, Colin.  She leaves her grandchildren, Pamela (Alec) Dyer and Matthew Pinkney; great-grandchildren, Austin, Alison and Ryan Dyer.

            Joan graduated from Webster High School in 1945. She worked for the town of Webster for 30 years, including 14 years as Deputy Town Clerk. Known for her work-ethic and attention to detail, Joan worked under seven different Webster Town Supervisors.

            Graveside Service at the convenience of the family at Webster Rural Cemetery.  Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass at a later date when all are welcome to attend.  Memorials may be directed to St. Rita’s Church or Lollypop Farm.
