She leaves her daughter Anna Frank; step-son, William Milo Tuttle; grandchildren, Kelsey, Nicholas and Austin Frank, William Jason, (Terra) Tuttle; great-grandchildren, Noah, Kayla and Alex; sister, Donna Atkinson; nephews, James and Philip Atkinson.
