" They whom we love and lose are no longer where they were before, they are now wherever we are " St. John Chrysostom. We speak out the treasure in our hearts, and we get what we say. In speaking of my heart I would call you "a treasure," I am grateful our paths crossed- a little late in life but they crossed. Jackie, Chris & Patrick: Very sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. I have been out of touch for several years, since age, cancer and arthritis pulled me out of TKD Club. He was an inspiration to me. He gave it his all with the boys. His making black-belt was one of the highlights of my time as an instructor. His sense of humor and support kept us going on trips to Cincinnati...The job he did as a father, husband, grandfather and great-grandfather was outstanding...from an old sailor, "Bravo Zulu, shipmate...Fair Winds and Following Seas"

I was very sad to hear about Jerry's death. I met him many years ago when he was at the Rochester Taekwondo Club. Anyone who spent time with Jerry saw that he was a caring and kind person. Jerry was supportive of me and others at the club. I remember many fun and meaningful times with Jerry. I regret not being able to attend his services this week since I am no longer in the Rochester area but my thoughts are with Jerry and his family. Mike Tursi
