Obituary of Edward Raymond Schickler

Webster: Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, age 83. Predeceased by his wife, Marilyn (Blickwede) and his second wife, Barbara (Kausch). He leaves his children, Mark (Sandra), Mary (John) Krzyzanowski, Michael (Susan) and Douglas (Ivonne); step-children, David, Gregory, Cathy, Christopher and Daniel; siblings, Robert (Marilyn), Jack (Peg), Alice (Hatim) Doctor, Paula (Stan) Rudger; 17 beloved grandchildren; many nieces & nephews. Ed was very proud of being a Notre Dame alumnus (NROTC, 1955). He retired with the rank of Captain from the US Naval Reserves and is an Eastman Kodak retiree. Ed was active in community groups, and dedicated many years to the Sea Explorer Ship #303 in Webster. Friends may call 4-8 PM, Monday at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Tuesday at St. Paul's Church, 783 Hard Rd., Webster. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
