Dorothy and I were like pees & carrots ( Forest Gump & Jenny ) in the early 1990's, doing pretty much everything & anything good friends did---she took me on her boat & taught me navigation, & I taught her how to throw a frisbee...We both got water baptism on the same day, & I'm happy to hear Dorothy has joined our big Brother Jesus ( KING of kings & LORD of lords ), & our Almighty Father, & our Blessed Holy Spirit...All Three GOD with separate identities, but ONE MIND...Dorothy & I sharpened each other as Christians do ( Iron can only sharpen Iron (!), and I'm glad we helped each other in the daily grind(s) of human life...She helped me greatly in taking care of my mother ( while she was healthy & sick ), & I was forever indebted to her for that blessing. Dorothy became a sister that I never had, & can hardly wait to see her again. Condolences to her family & friends, but they all know Dorothy is in very good STRONG Hands, but I do pray for shalom ( GOD'S PEACE & GRACE )...We never got to say ' goodbye ' as humans, but that's not important---we get to say a hearty " HELLO " when I go, and I'm sure we'll be pees & carrots once again ( for eternity HALLELUJAH ( ! ) & go boating & play frisbee & all kinds of new stuff :)

Sad news to learn of Dorothy's passing. She was a classmate since kindergarten and kept in touch with classmates in the Ontario area and attended our regular class reunions. We also enjoyed sharing with her at our monthly reunion luncheons in Union Hill. Her deep faith and visible kindness was a treasure for everyone. Condolences to her family.
