Obituary of Diane L. Galeazzo

Webster:  Friday, October 11, 2024.  Predeceased by her parents, Howard and Frances Sheehe.  She leaves her husband of 54 years, David;  children, Laurin (Edwin) Nipper and Brian (Laura) Galeazzo;  grandchildren, Cole Nipper, Hannah and Chloe Galeazzo;  siblings, Robert and James (Diane) Sheehe, Cathleen (George) Barnes;  brother-in-law, Anthony Galeazzo;  many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

Diane earned her RN degree at St. James Nursing School in Hornell.  On October 3, 1970, Diane married David Galeazzo at St. Peter’s Church in Arcade, NY.  They made their home in Webster where she worked at several different nursing jobs, prior to settling into the job from which she would retire, that of Occupational Health Nurse for the US Postal Service.

Her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren.  Her dogs provided much enjoyment in her life.

Friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Thursday, October 17 at St. Paul’s Church, 783 Hard Rd., Webster.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, 1048 University Ave., Rochester, NY 14607.  Willard H. Scott Funeral Home
