Where should I start? At the top of my list of the sweetest kindness person who has given to her family, friends and students , your mom gets the title. You two are the exact replica of your mom. Caring , loving , helpful are just a few of those characteristics.
Fudge, blankets, scrabble, wheel of fortune, jeopardy, Red Robin, her beautiful white hair, Reese cups, Uno, solitaire on the computer , word searches , and of course her love for Sprinkles .
Your mom was with me at one of the hardest moments of my life . My dad took his last breaths of life while your mom comforted me with love . Her tenderness is etched in my heart forever ! Love you and miss you Mrs. Bansbach !!!!!!

I have fond memories of teaching at State Road elementary school with Hilda. Her love of music was shared with her students as she supported their beginning instrument lessons and band. Her kindness and patience made her a most-loved teacher. Hilda touched so many lives in the Webster community. May your memories hold a special place in your hearts!

Hilda was a wonderful teacher and a mentor to me in my first years at State Road School. She always had a kind listening ear and often provided creative insight and support. She was really like a home-away-from-home mom in my early teaching career. A couple of favorite memories are the 6th grade overnight camping trip at B Forman park, and her helping to plan the 4th grade musical about westward expansion. Hilda was a warm and joyous person. I am so very sorry to hear of her passing and wish all of her family peace and fond, loving memories.

I am so sorry for your loss. I wish all of you peace and comfort at this time. My favorite memory of your mom was an evening back in high school. A line of cars were waiting to pick up kids from Select Band. Your mom and my mom both drove the same light blue car I came out the side door and tossed my horn in the back seat and climbed into the car. We turned and looked at each other (exhausted) and she just said, “Wrong car Carol”. I got out and grabbed my horn and moved on. Never spoke of it again.
