Oh Robyn. I hope you rest in as much peace, love, and happiness as you shared with everyone around you. I can’t even believe it. Heaven has gained such a beautiful soul, too soon.
I knew Robyn through her job as a bartender at South Bay. I will never forget the first day I met her a couple summers ago - my family was sitting outside & I was chilly so I decided to go inside and sit at the bar by myself. Robyn came right up to me and greeted me with that huge glowing smile she ALWAYS had, and asked me what she could get for me. I asked for the “SWEETEST drink” she could make. She made me a Malibu Sunset (Malibu is my favorite rum, which made this super coincidental). It was delicious (of course). Throughout the next hour or so before my family came inside to sit with me she continuously checked on me & came over to talk to me so that I wasn’t lonely. Before we left that night, I asked her for a pen and wrote on one of the little napkins “you are the BEST Robyn!!! <3 Olivia” to give to her. Looking back, that was silly of me to do (I had been drinking lol), but Robyn took the napkin with the biggest smile and gave me a huge hug. Ever since then, the first thing I look for walking into South Bay isn’t a drink, isn’t a seat or table, isn’t a menu, isn’t food… it’s Robyn. Whether she was there or not would determine my mood for the rest of that night.
A few weeks ago, we were talking about how we ended up becoming so close… and SHE REMEMBERED THE NAPKIN!!
I wish I could give you another hug. I don’t know if I’ll ever be brave enough to go back to South Bay, knowing that my favorite part of it won’t be there. Prayers to her family at this time, I am so deeply sorry for this unbelievable loss.

My heartfelt condolences go out to Robin's family and the Foster family during this difficult time.
I had the privilege of working with Robin and her sister Heather at the Northfield. I cherish the time we had together on Fridays and Saturdays. Robin always had positive words of encouragement, always asked if I needed any help in the kitchen and would even mop the floor for me when she didn't have to. She was obsessed with Steph Curry, loved the Philadelphia Eagles, loved abbreviating food orders FFFF(Fish Fry French Fries), and loved dancing and singing randomly. (Singing food orders to me was a regular event)
My favorite memory though is when I told her I wasn't going to smile the whole shift. Everytime she came to get food she would say, "Jason, don't you dare smile". Of course, I only lasted a few minutes because that was Robin's superpower, she always made you smile. I will miss you Robin.

Oh, my sweet Robin. How I love you so. I could write a novel, I truly could. The pain in my heart is so strong. There will never be a day that I don’t long for your phone call, long to see your beautiful smile or hear your contagious laugh. The memories we shared (and my gosh, did we have memories) will forever be embedded in my heart. When I see you again, I will squeeze you and never let you go. I will miss you until the end of time. I love you so, so much. My tootsie pop. PS - Elliana & Alessia love and miss you so much, auntie. XOXO

My dearest sister,
Thank you for loving me and caring for me ever since I was a baby. You truly were a constant light in my life, Robin. I always felt like a better version of myself after being with you. I will forever see the world with less color now that you’re gone. I'm grieving so hard, but I know that’s because we shared so much love with each other. My heart aches for you and our whole family. But I will care for them all and make sure we are all okay just like you’d do for me. I love you, Willy. Until we meet again.

Robin was a sweetheart! I loved going to Southbay just to see her and Donna because they were my favorites! We always requested either one to wait on us. She will be greatly missed by so many and Southbay won’t be quite the same without her beautiful smile and infectious laugh. Rest in peace Robin. Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.

Robin always had me laughing whenever I would see her. I can distinctly remember sleeping over at the Foster’s and waking up to Robin’s laughter and seeing her smile. One time she came into Brooke’s room and said “jeez girls are you going to sleep all day?!” Rip beautiful soul ❤️
