Nancy Wilson
Nancy Guy and all of the Guys are like family to the Hallimen’s.
My parents, my two sisters and I, lived at Fernwood Park Apts, about three doors down from the Guy’s.
We moved to Webster in 1963 and the Guy’s moved to Humboldt St near Brighton Community Church where both families attended.
My Mother, Barbara, was best friends with Lois.
The guys eventually moved out to Webster as well, and I believe that Lois, still lives on the same street in Webster. Not sure if we had anything to do with that.
I was especially fond of Ralph guy Senior, who was a lieutenant in the Rochester Police Department. He had a quick wit and an infectious personality. Lois did as well. Susan Steensma and my older sister, Wendy Grega, have always stayed in touch with each other. Debbie was good friends with my sister Jo Ann who passed away October 24, 2023. My Mom passed away in 2020.
Whenever I would run into Nancy, she always made me laugh. She had a great sense of humor and irony. Two or three months ago she stopped over to my house and we talked for quite a while. I’m grateful I got to see her one more time. She loved my sister Jo Ann.
Ralph Junior was very good friends with my friend, Paul Markwitz. He was a character and I loved him too. May he rest in peace.
I love all of the Guys and I will never forget Nancy. My deepest condolences to the Guy family. I know there’s a place in heaven for Nancy and she will be with her brother and her father. May she rest in peace.

Never would I believe I'd meet a person who would show the definition of a true friend at a part-time job. As time went on we soon learned how similar our family's were. I will miss the belly laughs and adventure-filled shenanigans. I will carry your spirit in my heart and will miss you dearly.
