He leaves his mother, Beverly Bogardus; sister, Laurie (John) Novelli; nieces and nephews, Felicia (Jake) Smith, Christopher (Sarena) Werlau, Amanda (Ryan) Eckert, Thomas (McKenzie) Werlau, Stephanie (Shane) Jasak; many great-nieces and nephews.

Dale was the co-owner of Quality Pest Control with Stefan Halbrook.
