Obituary of Barbara Wardell Serio

Webster:  Friday, July 26, 2024, age 74.  Predeceased by her parents, Donald and Jane Wardell.  She leaves her husband of 53 years, Robert, Sr.;  children, Robert Jr. (Katherine) and Joseph Michael (Tina);  grandchildren, Andrew, Kimberly, Emma, Bailey and Hunter;  brothers, Ronald and James (Barbara) Wardell;  sister, Patricia (Mark) Rice;  nieces and nephews;  and her cat, Barney.

​Over the years, Barbara worked at Office Equipment Company as well as the American Red Cross, where she taught first aid and CPR.  She loved gardening, which was a life-long hobby. 

​Per Barbara’s wishes, there will be no services.  Interment will be at Webster Union Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or Holy Trinity Church, 1460 Ridge Road, Webster, NY 14580.
