Obituary of June Marie Coakley

            Webster: Passed away after a three year long struggle with ill health Saturday May 18, 2024, age 85, June was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a great-grandmother. She is survived by husband of 40 years, James; children, Michelle (Bradley) Whitman and Lynn Naramore; grandchildren, Jena (James) Murphy and Ashley (Keith) Goergen; great-grandchildren, Desmond and Cora Goergen, Madelyn and Jack Murphy.  Predeceased by her parents, Lester and Dorothy Wadams; sister, Norma Carney; brothers, Dwight and Harold Wadams.

              June graduated from Dansville High School in 1956. She worked as a hairdresser at Sibley's and in film development at Kodak.

During June’s 33 years of retirement, she enjoyed… kissing & hugging Jim often, caring & playing with her grandchildren & great-grandchildren, being with friends, competitively playing cards, creating family photos albums, doing puzzles, painting, quilting and knitting hats for the homeless.

              Friends may call 1-3 PM Sunday, May 26 at Willard H. Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. Celebration of Life at a future date.
