Obituary of Eleanor Clarke Colvin
Webster: On Saturday, February 3, 2024. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, Samuel L Colvin. She leaves her children, Julia (Daniel) Hill, Alan (Kelly) Colvin, Janice (Douglas) Cornell, and Andrew (Donna) Colvin; grandchildren, Clayton and Cidney Hill; great-granddaughter, Antoinette Hill; brother, Gordon (Sally) Clarke of Cato. Eleanor was a teacher, homemaker, and in the 1980s worked at the Webster Town Hall.
Eleanor volunteered for both the Webster and Sterling Historical Societies. She’s a lifetime member of the Fair Haven Yacht Club.
Friends may call 1-3pm, Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster, NY. Graveside service immediately following at Webster Union Cemetery. Memorials can be directed to Sterling Historical Society P.O.Box 114 Sterling, NY 13156.
