Justin and I, (his twin sister, Grace)
Family shot:L-R=Brother in law, Clint•Sis, Grace•Niece, Melissa, (our oldest of 5), a PT who lives in Florida. We bought a house and were FINALLY able to move to Cobleskill New York, EXPRESSLY to live CLOSER to JUSTIN!
Re:The memories posted by Crystal and Josh.
Btw, they are our 2 YOUNGEST children. Hence, the reason for not being able to see Justin as often as the others. ALL of our kids, (his 3 nieces and 2 nephews), ABSOLUTELY ADORE their UNCLE JUSTIN and speak of him OFTEN!
Granted, between raising a family and living abroad, (CA, FL...), it made it very difficult to visit him AS OFTEN as we would have liked! ) :
I've MISSED him TERRIBLY over the years and SOOO LONGED to BE WITH him!
Not to mention, also LONGING DEEPLY for my KIDS to KNOW HIM more intimately!
LUCKILY, they TOO, felt his strong yet tender, MAGNIFICENT spirit when they were with him!
I am SURELY GRATEFUL for that!
HE'S been SUCH A BEAUTIFUL BLESSING, (NOT ONLY in OUR lives), but, (AS many of YOU WELL KNOW), he TOUCHED EVERYONE who had the PRIVILEGE and HONOR of being in HIS PRESENCE... a TRUE ANGEL HE WAS, (\IS)!
Sent to us straight from God our Father!!! ( ;

Distraught, of course, I was up till all hours of the night the night of his passing.
I then realized I could write down these beloved thoughts of him! <3
* * * * * * JUSTIN * * * * * *
THIS is MY brother!!!!!!!
M-Y-Y-Y-Y ( : BROTHER!!!!!!!
HE HAS FULFILLED HIS MISSION here on earth with FLYING COLORS!!!!!!!
Having EARNED HIS seat ON the RIGHT HAND OF GOD, NEXT TO his big BROTHER, JESUS!!!!!!!
ALLLLL ALONG down here, HE has BEEN CLOSE TO, KNOWN, UNDERSTOOD, AND LOVED HIS FATHER IN HEAVEN FAAAR BETTER than ANY of US!!!!!
AT THIS VERY MOMENT IN FACT, HE IS CONTINUING TO TEACH GOD'S CHILDREN OF HIS WAYS, AND OF HIS MIRACULOUS LOVE for US ALL!!!!!
With DADDY sitting in the very front row CHEERING HIM ON, SO UNBELIEVABLY PROUD OF HIM, PROCLAIMING, "THAT is MY SON!!!!!!"
And ME TOO, down here on earth, PROCLAIMING the SAME, "THAT is MY BRO!!!!!!"
<3 !
<3 !
<3 !
To one of MY ELITE, MOST CHOICE SONS, "Well done thou good and faithful servant in whom I am well pleased."
JUSTIN MY BRO -- MY PRIDE AND JOY -- I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL ALWAYS AND FOREVER!!!
Your twin sis, Grace xoxo!
PS:
The reason the hym, "How Great Thou Art" is Justin's favorite, (as indicated by the Pastor's most beautiful tribute to Justin at his funeral!), is because our Daddy sang it to him on the guitar ALL THE TIME!
Along with many other hyms and songs that he played BY EAR!
Including:
Michael, row the boat ashore, Hallelujah.
If I had a Hammer.
How much is that Doggie in the Window?
We All Live in a Yellow Submarine.
. . . ! ( :
One of MY (: FAVORITE memories was Justin, AS WILD as he was!
The ONE thing that could keep him calm, (other { ; than FOOD), was DADDY serenading HIM on that GUITAR!
He'd just stand there, MESMERIZED, watching him play, for what seemed like HOURS, (especially for JUSTIN!!!)
I'm SURE that since reuniting, this has been one of their most endearing past times!
I'd heard about but never witnessed it...
I am SO SO SO SO GRATEFUL to RICH for sharing the video with me the other day that he has of JUSTIN DANCING HIS HEART OUT TO THE BAND AT SUNDAY SERVICE!!!!!
WHAT A HUGE BLESSING FOR Y'ALL TO ENJOY THAT WITH HIM!!!
HEARTWARMINGLY, his dancing non-stop is reminiscent of him when I visited him!
SO EXCITED to see ME, he'd jump and jump and jump, screaming my name, "Guga! Guga! Guga!" ( : !
(The 'U' pronounced, as in 'put'.)

Uncle Justin was such a special spirit. May you fly with the angels that were with you all along my dearest Uncle!
I wish I had been able to spend more time with you and thank you for the beautiful influence you've had on my life, to always treat people with kindness.
We'll all be thinking of you while flying high!
Thank you Nancy for your sweet words.

I didn't have the opportunity to spend as much time with Uncle Justin as I would have liked, but the few memories I have with him overflow with positivity and joy. One of my most fond memories with him as a child is still etched in my memory. I vividly recall his excitement of seeing Mom and Grandpa. Grandpa strolled around the table, and Uncle Justin followed, savoring every precious moment with his father.
Our shared love for food was another cherished connection.
We both relished sitting at the table, enjoying meals together! While some might argue that there were aspects of life Uncle Justin didn't fully understand, one thing he undoubtedly understood was food – a language of love we both spoke to each other about. Despite the numerous challenges he faced, Uncle Justin radiated an undeniable light in the world.
I'll miss him dearly, and the regret of not having more time with him lingers. Yet, I take solace in the belief that he feels the love and cherished moments we shared. Imagining him in a better place, perhaps still playfully chasing after Grandpa, brings a smile to my face – enjoying every moment in his own way!

My heart goes out to Justin’s sister Grace (LondtSchultz) Hatchet, her husband and Justin’s brother-in-law Clint Hatchet, Justin’s nieces and nephew ; Melissa, Justin, Alexandria, Crystal and Joshua, and Justin’s many great nieces and nephews all of whom loved him dearly. Justine is also survived by aunts and uncles and many cousins.
I think I was 9 or 10 when I first met Justin. He and his sister Grace were taking a walk down the street. I joined up with them to share a kitten our cat had just had. Justin’s face lit up with excitement as he reached to pet the little thing. I had never seen Grace so happy as when she was spending time with her twin.
Rest in Peace dear Justin. You will be missed.
