To Art Barie's Family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you.
I worked with Art at H&R Block. It was a pleasure to work with him as he certainly made it an interesting journey over the years. He will be missed.
He talked of his family and his memories with his children, grandchildren and his fondness of the cottage on the St. Lawrence River.
Art always wanted to make his H&R Block office be recognized in the community. He will be remembered by his many co workers.

I primarily knew Art through our mutual membership in the KORC bowling league many years ago. My sincere condolences to all members of his family. May his soul rest well.

Art played a special role in my life fro which I am very grateful. He was literally the first person from Kodak I met when he was interviewing potential employees at Baldwin Wallace College (now University - Ohio) in 1968. Art somehow thought I would be a good fit for the Business and Technical Training program, and many thanks to his judgment and assistance, it led to a 28-year career at Kodak in Rochester.
Also, about 1970 I took an assignment as a recruiter at Kodak Office's B&T Personnel and learned a lot from Art in that same office. We did meet up at some annual HR parties, but that was limited since living in North Carolina makes visits north rare.
He was just a great guy with a good sense of humor and will be missed by many. My sincere condolences to his family.
