Sunday, December 3, 2023, age 79.  Predeceased by his son, Jake Smith;  brothers, Thomas and Robert Smith.  He leaves his wife, Jeri;  son, Jay (Phuong) Smith;  grandson, Dylan Smith;  siblings, Gregory (Anne) Smith, Barbara (John) Noga and Lori (Michael) Flanigan;  nieces, nephews and cousins; brothers-in-law, Eric W. and David E. (Deborah) Rice.
