Obituary of Marianne E. Dunham

Webster:  Monday, September 4, 2023, age 91.  She leaves her husband of 66 years, Elson;  children, Gary (Sue), Steve (Melissa), Gail (Paul Bradley) Difiore and Sandy (Dan) Sperr;  grandchildren, Amy, Matthew, Bryan (Julie), Meghan (fiancé, Aaron Siegelman) Dunham, Joseph (Julia) and Angela Difiore, Michael (Jaime) and Frank Charella;  20 great-grandchildren;  brother, Robert Aman;  nieces and nephews.

 A graduate of Mercy High School, Marianne was an active member of St. Rita’s Church where she sang in the choir. She volunteered at the Twig gift shop at RGH and was a member of the Woman’s Club of Webster. Always active, she enjoyed bowling, square dancing, golf, gardening, doing crafts, cards, cross country skiing and sewing. She loved collecting Betty Boob and Nutcrackers and watching movies, especially of John Wayne. Marianne enjoyed many sunsets on Lake Ontario with Elson.  She loved her family and will be missed tremendously. 

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Tuesday, September 12 at St. Rita’s Church 1008 Maple Dr., Webster.  Interment, West Webster Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Honor Flight Rochester, PO Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692.  Willard H. Scott Funeral Home.
