Obituary of Daniel Joseph Hogestyn
Webster: At the age of 40, passed away at home on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 following a lengthy illness. He was predeceased by his father, Larry; and grandparents, Robert and Sally Deem, George and Doris Hogestyn. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Hogestyn; brothers, David (Mary) and Jonathan (Jessica); nephews, Connor and Carter; niece, Claire. Daniel also leaves behind his fiancée,Lisa, and her daughter, Brianna (Brandon); many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will always be missed and loved by those who knew him.
Daniel served our country for four years in the Army, and completed a year long tour in Afghanistan. He then graduated from the Radiology program at Monroe Community College and worked for Rochester Regional Health.
A special thank you to all his loving caregivers : Laurie, Briana, Amanda, Elaine, June, and Naimah. He was blessed to be in your care.

Calling hours will be held from 1-4 on Sunday, August 13th, at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave, Webster. Memorial Contributions can be made in Daniel’s name to:
