I worked at the same division as Jim on the Chandra Telescope (mid to late 80s thru 90s) and learned a lot over the years from Jim. He was quite the character ! Even took a toad trip to a vendor with him and another co-worker of his. That was an experience.
LOTS of memories and good work memories. My sympathies and condolences to Jim's family and friends

Bil Anderson remembers his 3 year older 1st cousin Jim as a week long summer play mate guest at our Clarendon county home and I for the same amount of time at his Webster city home. I soon learned that when Jim said " I have to see a man about a horse" was code for needing to use the toilet. There were also without exception Christmas at Grandpa Kirk & Grandma Elma Anderson's barre farm home with the Kings, Daums and Andersons. Then in honor of Grandma Anderson's heritage (Norman) we would have reunion each summer at Letchworth Park where I would see Jim and Sue. After that Jim's aunt Arlene (my Mother) filled me in about Jim's service to community as a fire department paramedic, game hunting and fishing hobbies, and his illustrious career at Kodak. I am assured that we will meet again in spiritual eternity. RIP Jim

The memories over the last 40 yrs are far too many to list. I’ll always cherish our “private political “ conversations as we sat overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Jim always shared a sort of peace about him whenever he was around. We’re thankful for the many hours of conversations, building things, roof projects etc. Jim was always willing to lend a hand or actually take over the job. You’ll always be a part Dillon Pt. Rd. And in our hearts. Godspeed Jim! Gone but won’t be forgotten!
