Obituary of Janis A. Schwappacher
WEBSTER, NY - born on January 17, 1951, in Port Credit, Ontario, CA, passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 72.
She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, William J. Schwappacher; son, William A. Schwappacher and his partner, Christine Madsen; daughter, Janine Pellegrino and her husband, Todd Pellegrino; grandchildren, Ethan, Lily, Max, Beau, and Norah; sister, Donna K. Smith; nephews, Nicholas Abbott, Christine Axx, Dylan and Taylor Dennison; and cherished friends, Rosanne Egeling and Emily Kolb.
Janis worked as a Radiology Technician; was passionate about her grandchildren; and took pride and joy in gardening, flower arranging, and baking. Among family and friends, she will be remembered as a gourmet chef and source of devotion. She will be forever missed.
