Henrietta: Wednesday, June 15, 2022, age 69. He leaves his wife of 49 years, Carol; children, Dawn (Joey) Eldred, Frank (Melissa) Polak, Crystal Polak; grandchildren, Joseph, Mia, Lillian, and Kaileb; sister, Barb (Mike) Kronafel; many nieces and nephews.
