Obituary of Richard P. Tompkins
Webster: Tuesday, April 5, 2022, age 84. He leaves his wife of 59 years, Joyce; sons, Richard P. Tompkins, Jr. and Robert (Jennifer) Tompkins; grandchildren, Richard III and Olivia J. Tompkins, Samuel, Charlotte and Benjamin Tompkins; brother, Robert (Sally) Tompkins; sister-in-law, Judy Johnson Peacock; nieces and nephews. A retiree of Eastman Kodak, Richard worked at Chase Pitkin after his retirement. He had been a volunteer at both Maplewood Nursing Home and Habitat for Humanity for over 20 years, and had been a lifetime member of Webster Volunteer Fire Dept. and Webster Presbyterian Church.
Friends are invited to his Celebration of Life 2:00 PM Friday, April 22 at Webster Presbyterian Church, 550 Webster Rd., Webster. Memorials may be directed to Webster Volunteer Fire Dept., 35 South Ave., Webster, NY or Flower City Habitat for Humanity, 755 Culver Rd., Rochester, NY 14609.
