Betsy brought a spark to all of our neighborhood parties.
She was a great friend who ALWAYS had time to talk with friends and neighbors.
We spent a lot of time talking about gardening, our flowers or telling stories of things that happened in our lives.
We were always buying each other little things to get a laugh or brighten each other's day.
I enjoyed picking up garden flags or flower
pots for Besty's garden.
We even worked together designing a necklace for one of her beautiful outfits.
I will miss my friend but the memories I have
of her I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

So many great memories growing up with our cousin Betsy. Mom and Dad always had Betsy come camping with us at Jamestown Falls for the month of August each year. Picking blueberries on the hill, Building a teepee. Always thought she just came along to play with us. Was years later that we learned that she was there to watch over us. An extra set of eyes. Canoeing, hiking, always a smile and great laugh. Rest In Peace dear cousin.

Deb and I went down a lot of roads with Betsy and Jim over the years. We had many great times together. I was proud to be the best man at their wedding. While we didn't see each other as often as we used to we always enjoyed her company when we did meet up. We last saw her at Charlie Ward's celebration of life at the Henrietta Moose Club this past April, not realizing at the time that it would be our last encounter. It does, however, leave us with fond memories of her being happy, healthy and vibrant. Our most sincere condolences go out to Judy and the rest of the family. We are proud to have had her as a friend and hope she enjoys her just reward reunited with her beloved Jim. God Bless!
