My condolences and love to the Hubbard family at this time.
I met Dave the first day of kindergarten. Dave (and Daryl) was the first to befriend me, even though I only spoke Spanish. Somehow as kids we were able to communicate. lol I’ll always remember that as long as I live. That was Dave at his core, a kind hearted, friendly guy. He loved to laugh and was always looking for the funny in anything. So many memories as we grew up, grade school, the school bus, teachers we got in trouble with. Can’t tell you how many times we had conversations that started with “hey do you remember when ……”. In more recent years, all our motorcycle rides to everywhere, or checking out car shows. Syncing up every couple of months, kicking back with a beer and watching some comedy or rewatching one of “the favorites” Wedding Crashers for the umpteenth time.
I’m really going to miss that. You left way too soon.
See you on the other side, whenever or wherever that may be.
Until then, Rest In Peace brother.

Karen and I will always remember Davids contagious smile and laugh. We have known David from birth and and saw him grow from this very small tike to the fine person he was as an adult. The questions he would ask Irv and Jean were sometimes humorous and kept us in stitches. I remember on Davids 16 birthday we all hopped into Irv's station wagon and celebrating Davids birthday at the Conesus Inn for Davids first off the menu dinner. It was an experience. We have lost a good friend and will always have happy memories of his life.

I met Dave through our common interest of RC cars. We started talking everyday and our friendship transcend just RC we became family. We talked everyday about life, family, dreams goals corvetts, jokes and just talked smack all day.. Dave is a firecracker one of the funniest prople I've ever known.. He held no punches and left it all out there on the dance floor. He had an eye for details that influenced me and others in the rc to the core. I love you and I miss you bro. And you will missed by many in the rc community.

Jim and I are so very sorry to hear about Dave’s sudden passing. He was such a great guy and always had a smile on his face. We will always remember the Harley rides we took together and all of the other fun times we shared with he and Maryellen. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Our prayers go out to his family and to our dear friend Maryellen. They say only the good die young and it is often very hard to wrap your head around things like this. May his memory live on in the lives of those who knew him and may he rest in peace.

My sympathies to the family of such a wonderful human being, All the sleepovers, dinners as a child to riding motorcycles as adults. I remember as a child that Dave saying when we get old that we are going to get motorcycles and ride across the country and make it in record time. Well, we made it as far as Niagara Falls had a burger and turned around. He always had a smile and a laugh that would make a monk bust out with laughter. As life has it we both got busy and saw each other here and there but, it was always right where we left off and always tried to find time to actually sit and catch up. He was also the first and only person i was "blood brothers" as a kid. He never let me forget that either every time we saw each other. Well, my brother I will surely miss your smiling face and will see you on the other side when I get there. Love you brother may you rest easy. To your family if you need anything at all please let me know I will do anything I can to help you just like Dave would do for me.

We are so sad to hear this. Dave and I (Nicki) were not close friends only because of "friend groups" but I did consider him a friend. He was one of the kindest and gentlest guys I ever had the pleasure to know. Always a smile on his face or a laugh from him and NEVER an unkind word or gesture. Chris and I send our very deepest condolences to Dave's beloved family and friends who, we are sure, are truly struggling with such an enormous loss. I am so so sad for you all and I pray that you heal in the healthiest and most nurtured way possible.

Such a GREAT guy. Met Dave about seven years ago because he got a Boxer named Jackson. Instantly my husband Joe wanted one ..we got a Boxer, we invited them to our wedding (photo above) and the rest is history. Dave was a funny, kind and helpful man. He helped me with many DYI projects when I had questions. He would call me Builder Pam. He just had a such a kind heart. He will be missed...all those funny Facebook posts and whitty jokes he always had. RIP Mr. Dave. All our love ...Pam and Joe Callicutt

Mrs. Hubbard I will never forget growing up at your house with David. Every chance we got we would go out to the back garage and sit in his dads modle T and talk about driving it first thing when we got our licenses. He tought me how to drive a motor cross bike in your back yard. We made a path in the wood to each other’s houses. Now that I’m older….yes it was me and Dave that let out the bunny’s from next door when we found out that he ate them! But I bet you always knew that. You always let me stay all day ( I believe you knew what was going on at home ) I will NEVER forget the incredible son you raised and what your family means to me ( little Heidi Thayer)
