Ginger was always about family first. One great story my older brother told me ways they where going to attend a new school in Rochester. He was about 8 or 9 years old, and as the new kid in school some of the boys on the bus with them thought it would be fun to pants the new kid in school. Rodney crawled under a seat to escape the embarrassment of being pantsed by the boys on the bus. As the episode unfolded his big sister came to his rescue, and those boys where happy to get off that bus with all their parts in place. My big sister was a special person that was always on my side no matter what. And I loved her and will miss her greatly.
