Heartfelt sympathy to Shirley and all the Moldenhauer clan. He was one of the most talented and innovative guys I ever knew. Working with Gerry in KP Building 48 was one of the most enjoyable periods of my time at Kodak. I believe he handled life's challenges about as good as anyone could. He will be missed.

I was also a part of the Christian Coffee House that Jay spoke so fondly of. It was great working with Gerry and Jay. After many years of holding the event we disbanded the group and then we did hold another one at the Webster Rec Center that Gerry made even bigger than those we held at the UMC. Shirley was always in the kitchen with us getting ready.
Rest in piece my friend!

What a great friend!!!
I met Gerry and family at the UMC of Webster probably about 25 years ago. We started a project together along with Some other close friends at the church called the Christian Coffeehouse. It was a wonderful ministry with evenings filled with music. Many times the band Gerry was in (Touch of Brass) was a part of the music. People loved his group and he played a great Sax. The coffeehouse would raise money for local Webster causes. This was very important to Gerry as he loved Webster. Gerry would never pass up a piece of Tiramisu when that was on the menu. We had so many great times working together.
When my dad passed away 13 years ago, Gerry attended the service and when some curveballs were thrown at the planned music for the funeral, Gerry and another friend stepped in, I will never forget how awesome that was.
Also lots of meetings at Friendly’s to talk about and plan the next coffeehouse. While I will miss him greatly, I am so blessed to have known him and can call him friend.
May God bless these memories and inspire others to have the heart of Gerry.
