Bob was by far the most generous man I've ever met. I've eaten in way more restaurants than I ever thought possible because he so enjoyed taking us out to eat. He bought us a new Saturn, took us on a cruise, and he loved doing it. But it wasn't just things like that. When Mary Ellen and I were living in Florida Bob paid our air fare to Rochester more than once so I could visit my mom. That meant a lot to me because I missed her so much, and after she passed away I valued that time Bob gifted to me even more. Not just the act of a generous man, but a caring man as well. That's how I'll remember him.
