Aunt Do…
She was a very vivacious and caring woman. She could light up the room. I remember fond memories of her sitting out on her patio with her sister, my grandmother, and I.
After speaking with my mother, she shared with me how her and Aunt Do would exchange cards to one another every year and kept doing so up until now. Aunt Do used to tell her she was one of her favorite nieces and whenever her name is mentioned, my mother speaks very fondly of her. Together, they seemed to have shared a special bond telling jokes and making each other laugh, sharing inside jokes that only they understood. My mother has spoken about wonderful memories of her growing up and her experiences with her Aunt. She was a true light in my mother’s life. She was a very special person in our family and will be missed dearly.
