Obituary of Raymond W. Leuwen (Bud)

       Rochester: February 4, 2021. Born October 11, 1922 in East Palmyra NY. Predeceased in death by his loving Wife, Clara M (Kenbeek) Leuwen and infant son, Peter Raymond, his parents and 3 siblings. Survived by his three children, Alice (James) Charpentier of Phoenix AZ, Robert (Margaret) of Sodus NY, Barbara (John) Cook III of Webster NY. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

       Bud worked at Eastman Kodak for 42 years and proudly served in the US Army during WWII. Bud’s passions in life were his wife, children, God, his country, gardening, woodworking, basketball and baseball. He was a man of very few words but if you were one of the lucky people in his life to be honored with one of his quietly spoken one liners it was days before you would stop chuckling over them.

       Bud’s family would like to express a special thank you to Ray’s caregivers for all of their loving care: Jackie, Betsy, Laura, Lisa, Leslie, Tasha, Kathy, and Jeanne.
