Obituary of Mary Ann Kotary

Mary Ann Kotary, 74, of Webster, died on February 21, 2021. She was born on November 15, 1946 to Walter and Sophie Malecki in Brooklyn.

Mary Ann is survived by Christopher J. Kotary, her husband of 52 years. She is also survived by her two children and their families - Mary Beth, Josh, and Aidan Walker, and David Kotary and Patrick Jackman.

In addition, she is survived by her brother and his family – Walter and Dolores Malecki, and Julianne, Matt, and Eleanor Romanella, and her cousins, Mary Ann and George Egan. She is also survived by several close friends who were like family.

Mary Ann will be remembered as an incredibly generous, kind and loving person. She taught in the Webster Central School District for 32 years, and she was an active member of St. Paul’s Church.

The funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 27 at St. Paul’s Church in Webster.
