Obituary of Ina Steinorth Orr

Webster:  Died January 2, 2021 at the age 84.  Her loss is felt deeply by her family and friends.  Ina was a talented and published artist and illustrator, who’s art and imagination inspired all who knew and loved her.  Ina was also a peace activist, donating her time and talent to raise money for Vietnam orphanages.

Ina is predeceased by her beloved husband, Harley; son, Pauli;  parents, Walter and Ille Steinorth;  parents-in-law, Walter and Mildred Orr;  sisters, Wendy Grant, Nancy Wheeler and Mary Kujawa.  She leaves her children, Melanie Steenhoff (Mark), Michelle Spencer, Ted (Susan), Tony, Jason (Jenifer), Tirzah, Emily Kelly (Brian);  daughter-in-law, Sothi Orr;  many children of her heart, Robert Key, Jennifer Bruce, Hien Ta, Thanh Nguyen and Violet Tit;  23 grandchildren;  22 great-grandchildren;  1 great-great-granddaughter;  many nieces and nephews.

We thank Rochester Presbyterian Home for the loving care they provided her, and ask that any donations in her memory be sent to Rochester Presbyterian Home, 256 Thurston Rd., Rochester, NY 14619.

A private service and interment will be at the convenience of the family.
