I'm heartbroken, I just read this on FB. I met Brenda at the"dog park" and we became friends. We made it a date every sat and sun to meet at Ellison park at 3. We IM'd, I had her over for Lunch before she went back each time to NC from being here taking care of her mom. With covid I dropped the open lines of communication with many, Brenda was one. I'm so sorry to hear about this loss.

I just learned of your passing. We shared fun in school so long ago. And at various times though out the years. I had no idea you were ill. You never told me. I am sad, and I am glad we were friends. You were always so kind.

I will always remember and cherish our strawberry picking days together - though they were a very, very long time ago. It’s how I managed to save enough money to open up a small bank account up at First Federal Bank in Eastway Plaza. Brenda’s mom always smiling as she doled out our earnings after a day’s work. I always envied Brenda - living on a “farm” - with fields of berry plants and so many trees, tractors and barns..... We had happy times back when we were young.... Those special days helped to make me the person I am today...How I wish I could go back for just a day.....
