Meeting Trudy in her 102nd year was a joy. She had such a bubbly countenance about her and it seemed all who knew her at her last home loved greeting her open and friendly smile. She imparted a beautiful openness and at her 103rd birthday I was able to see the immense love her family and friends had for her. It was a privilege to have known her even as briefly as I did.

Dear Suzanne and Carl,
I am stunned to learn that your dear mother (whom I knew as Trudy) has died at 104!. She encouraged me to go back to knitting when I took her to the Penfield senior center. Her friend there shared her pattern for dish cloths, and Trudy and I happily knitted away together whenever we had time on our hands. I truly enjoyed spending time with Trudy. She was always up for something different to do. She came along with me when I had to baby-sit two little boys in my neighborhood. Those little boys are now all grown up, out of college, and pursuing careers. I am so pleased to know what a beautiful long life Trudy lived, and I hope her last few years have been happy. RIP, Trudy, and God bless you!
Sincerely,
Anne and Bob Prevost
