Uncle Jack was such a great person - he was fun-loving, gentle and kind. I was shy as a child, but even back then I felt comfortable around him because he always had a smile on his face. For my mom’s 75th birthday, he and Aunt Doris gave her a framed print identical to one that had always hung in their childhood home. It was so thoughtful, and meant so much to my mom, and to me. I wish I could hear him yodel one more time!

My brother Jack was a fun guy! He loved to yodel. One of my favorite memories was everytime our Farmer’s Market would get real Limberger cheese, I would buy some, I would go to their house and Doris would make chicken noodle soup, and after dinner we would play cards. Love, Arlene
