Harold W. Learch “Papa”

Webster:  Friday, June 12, 2020, age 91.  Predeceased by his wife, Arlene; son, Joseph; grandson, Johnathan; sisters, Beverly Young & Shirley Learch Works; brother, Freddie Makey.  He leaves several children, including, Rhonda (Gary) Newstead, Diane (Andy) Johnson, John Franke; several grandchildren & great-grandchildren; brother, Art (Ginny) Learch; several nieces & nephews.  Bill will always be remembered as “Sarge” because of his 20 plus years of military service in the Army National Guard.

          Friends may call 10 am-12 noon Friday, June 19 at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster, where his Funeral Service will follow at 12 noon.  Entombment at White Haven Memorial Park.  Memorials may be directed to Rochester Honor Flight.
