Hamlin, formerly of Irondequoit: Thurs., April 9, 2020, age 57. Predeceased by his father, Edward Lobene. He leaves his wife, Michele; 3 children, Crystal (Walter) Romaniv, Jeanette (Joshua) Vandergrift and Edward Lobene; grandchildren, Alyssa, Tony and Andrew Romaniv, Wyatt, Bryce and Grayson Vandergrift; mother, Jeanette Cottone Lobene; sister, Michele (Steve) Rosenbaum; nieces, Rachel Rosenbaum (and her fiancé, Shawn Augustino) and Lindsey Rosenbaum.
Sam will always be remembered for his generous heart and positive attitude. He had a strength and determination that was evident in the way he overcame many challenges in his life. Sam shared his plumbing talents in the community as he followed in his grandfather Sam’s and father Ed’s footsteps. Wherever he went, he always shared his love for God, for family, for friends and for his church family at Calvary Chapel Westside. His strong faith inspires us to carry on in life with perseverance, and with joy, believing in a better tomorrow, as we live life to the fullest.
