Obituary of Calvin Coolidge Smith

Calvin C. Smith, formally of Webster, NY, passed away April 2, 2020 at The Homestead at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital in Penn Yan, NY. Calvin was born October 5, 1923 and raised in Port Huron, Michigan. Upon graduating from high school in 1942, Calvin proudly served his country during WW2 in the US Navy as an Aviation Ordnance Man, VP-101, FAW-10, SW Pacific. A graduate of Michigan State University, he worked the majority of his career in the procurement industry, most recently at Xerox Corporation in Webster, NY. Calvin was pre-deceased by his wife, Sally Wright Smith; granddaughter, Natalie R. Laffin and son in law, David A. Roux. Calvin leaves behind six children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at a later date.
