Obituary of Jayne L. Fogarty

Webster: Monday, January 6, 2020, age 81. Predeceased by her parents, Jay and Marion Parker; sister, Joyce Quackenbush. She leaves her husband of 59 years, John; 5 children, Dr. Janine Fogarty (Jim Hoestermann), Joel (Cindy) Fogarty, Julie (Ron) Neu, David, and Nilsa Fogarty; grandchildren, Sean, Brendan, and Mack Fogarty, Carrie (Kristine) and Anthony Hoestermann, Nick Neu, and Jen Williams; nieces, Michelle Quackenbush and Suzanne Workum. Jayne was a 1960 graduate of SUNY Potsdam, and then went on to work as an elementary school teacher in Huntingdon, NY. She had also owned and operated both antique and pottery businesses. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and cooking. Friends may call 3-7 PM Wed., Jan. 8, at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster.
