Obituary of Melvin Edward Ott

Webster: Passed away peacefully on November 29, 2019 at the age of 87. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Dorothy; parents, Edward and Flora Ott; sister, Florence Conrow. He is survived by his daughters, Mary Ellen (Andy) Frame and Karen (Bill) Nugent; 5 grandchildren he loved dearly; Brandon, Ryan (Nicole) and Alec Nugent and Courtney and Sarah Frame; sister-in-law, Isabel Zientara; nieces, nephews and special Grand-pets, Midnight and Rosie.

     Melvin was an Army veteran of the Korean War, retiree of Rochester Telephone Company, an active member of the American Legion Post 942, VFW, and Honor Flight Mission. He enjoyed many years at his summer camp in Old Forge, NY built by him and his wife.

     Services will be held privately.  Interment at Webster Union Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to Honor Flight of Rochester, PO Box 23581 Rochester, NY 14692.
