Visitation
Obituary of William H. Peck
Ontario: God called Bill home on October 16, 2019 after a long, bravely fought fight against cancer. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; children, Andy (Vanessa) Vowles, Katie Palczyk; cherished grandchildren, Rylie and Lily Palczyk, Maddie, Matthew & Eddie Vowles; Bill's mother, Virginia Peck; sister, Linda Ehrnschwender; brothers and sisters-in-law, David (Kathy) Cregan & Kevin (Rae) Cregan; many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed many dear friends including his brothers in blue. Bill was predeceased by his father, James Peck and his father and mother-in-law, John and Elizabeth Cregan.
Bill enjoyed a 30 year career with the Rochester Police Department, retiring as Sergeant. Following that, he turned his hobby into a business (Blue Knight Windsor Chairs) as a skilled woodworker reaching the level of master chairmaker.
The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Myers as Bill's trusted doctor and friend. Until we meet again, to our quiet selfless man, you will be missed.
Visitation hours, Sunday, October 20th 2-5pm at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home. 12 South Ave., Webster. In lieu of flowers, donations to Pines of Peace Comfort Care House appreciated.
