Obituary of Dale C. Ellsworth, Sr.
Ontario: Wednesday, May 15, 2019, age 75. He leaves his wife, Jean; children, Dale Jr. and Deborah (Rikk) Foringer; sisters, Eunice Grace and Karen (Ed) Welch; nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Monday, June 10th from 3-7 PM at Webster Firemen’s Exempt Building, 172 Sanford St. Webster. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wayne Co. Humane Society or Lifetime Care Hospice.
The family would like to thank Lifetime Care Hospice for the loving care and support provided to Dale in his final days.
