Ellen J. Buckholtz (Boyd) (Banke)

Webster: Unexpectedly on Sunday April 28, 2019, age 71. Predeceased by her husband, Chuck Buckholtz. She leaves her children, Nicole “Niki” Banke and Jason (Amanda) Banke; grandsons, Jackson and Declan Banke; siblings, Nancy (Dennis) Gotte, William (Sharon) Boyd; several nieces and nephews.

          In retirement, Ellen volunteered her time at RGH Pediatric NICU and was a peer counselor for breast cancer patients.

          Friends may call 4-7 PM Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. Her funeral service will be held 11AM Thursday, May 2, at New Life United Methodist Church, 570 Ridge Rd., Webster. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Penfield, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a Breast Cancer Organization of your choice. The family would like to thank the staff of Atria in Penfield and Strong ICU for the care provided to Ellen.
