I will never forget the first time I met Frank he told me his name was "Dotty" I could see his good natured sense of humor right away and so we called each other Dotty! He was kind, warm, funny, and so easy to be around! My deepest sympathy to Joan, Therese, Frank, and Albert and your families great loss of this amazing man!
