Gail Ungar (Heiligman) Koza
Webster: Called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 9, 2018, age 78. Predeceased by her 1st husband, John Ungar; brother, Edmund Heiligman; sister, Nancy Barker. She leaves her husband of 21 years, I. John Koza; children, Jeff (Mara) Ungar of PA, Julie (Tom) Hoffend of CA, Mark (Katherine) Ungar of NJ and Karen Ungar of Webster; stepson, Jeffrey Koza; grandchildren, Christian and Caitlyn Ungar, Matthew, Kolina, Lukas, and Kendell Ungar, Owen, Elliott, and Ava Hoffend; nieces and nephews. Gail retired from a career in teaching, including time working at Penfield High School. She enjoyed volunteering at local nursing homes and was a member of Klemwood Garden Club.
Friends may call 4-7 PM Friday, December 21 at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave., Webster. Memorial Service 11:00 AM Saturday, December 22, at Sovereign Grace Church of Rochester, 1864 Ridge Rd., Webster. Interment at the convenience of the family at Webster Union Cemetery.
